Negotiated a £1 billion+ integrated Power Purchase and Gas Supply Agreement for a 750 MW power generating station in the UK supporting an aggressive development timetable of thirteen months. Prepared and delivered winning presentations to the ultimate lenders, which facilitated financial close and accelerated the commercial operation date by one month to come on-line ahead of schedule.

Negotiated a 62% reduction in the gas transportation rate with Consumers Gas, Niagara Gas Transmission and Gazifere, Inc.

Negotiated a £500 million Gas Supply Agreement between four competing gas supply companies, while under serious time constraints. Effected a 7% reduction of a prior negotiated gas price realizing an overall savings of £30 million. This was the catalyst causing the Regional Electrical Company (REC) to abandon their proposed gas tolling arrangement and to commit and participate in the 250 MW power generating station.
